We make every effort to ensure that only genuine au pairs and host families are part of the myaupairbook.com database. Each profile (including video uploads) is reviewed regularly and any profile that does not comply with our T&Cs is removed.

Important to know:

• Never send money to a family or to an au pair in advance. Au pairs have to cover the cost of their travel themselves and only upon their arrival, you may wish to contribute towards it.
• Never share your myaupairbook.com login/password with anyone.
• Be aware of the usual amount of weekly pocket money that au pairs receive in a particular country. If the amount on offer greatly exceeds the norm, treat it as highly suspicious.
• Never share your bank account details with anyone.
• Never set up a bank account and share the account details in advance with your au pair.
